Definition

Building the training

The trainings will be based on the experiences implemented by involved partners and similar actions with similar objectives. In fact, the Talents4Eu partners that are already experienced in offering vocational training programmes designed to maximize and accelerate labour market integration (Simplon, CodeYourFuture, MIGHelp and CO&SO) will share their experiences and best practices to deliver a first standard scheme of intensive IT training.

From this capitalisation, the partners will design a common IT training scheme standard, able to raise the employment integration rate quickly and effectively and to ensure long-term employability of refugees (from currently 60% after 6 years to 70% of labour market integration within the 6 to 12 months after training – 80 % within 2 years).

Pilot

Testing the training

There will be the set-up and the implementation of pilots in four countries (France, Italy, UK and Hungary) of the original inclusive IT training schemes (as inclusive coder fabrics or bootcamps).

The goal is to demonstrate their high potential for quick and long-term labour market integration and to improve them for future larger deployment.

More information and material to come soon.

Replication

Sharing the training

The final project’s goal is to elaborate a Replication plan on how to replicate the project results and models in other sectors.

It takes in to account various sectors and stakeholders with a special focus on how social economy enterprises contribute to the integration of third country nationals into the European labour market.
