The activities of the WP 2 – Building an IT training scheme are continuing! ⚙️⚙️⚙️
The #NewTalents4EU partners that are already experienced in offering #vocationaltraining programmes designed to maximize and accelerate labour market integration (Simplon, CodeYourFuture, MIGHelp and CO&SO) will share their experiences and best practices to deliver a first standard scheme of intensive #ITtraining with a “coder factories” touch. This scheme will define the baseline of IT training.
At the end of the pilot training programmes, this scheme will be reviewed and optimized to be disseminated and replicated all over Europe.
The next step will be to build the training schemes tailored to each country: France, UK, Italy, and Hungary.
