In the framework of the NT4EU project, out Hungarian partners, Next Step, are organising (in English!) their national awareness raising online workshop “Steps towards Earning a Living Lawfully as a Non-EU Citizen in Hungary”.
During the event, Next Step will explore three steps third-country nationals can take to earn a living lawfully in Hungary. Their goal is to provide facts and considerations and provoke discussion about how foreigners can help themselves through legal awareness, skill development and taking initiatives to obtain stable and regular income in the country.
The topics addressed will be:
- Legal employment, work opportunities depending on legal status, and conditions of setting up businesses
- Affordable learning opportunities, and the lessons learned from an intense training programme organised for third-country nationals: the New Talents 4 EU project
- Testimony of a Next Step student
- Chances of small businesses among third country nationals
